We signed up with Urbancoms one year ago because we were so dissatisfied with the service we received from BT. Whenever we had to write to BT, it took an unreasonable amount of time before somebody replied to us. Whenever we had to call them, we were on hold for up to an hour on occasion which was, in our eyes, totally unreasonable. We have used Urbancoms service for the last 3 years. I am an area manager responsible for the running of 16 retail outlets that are heavily reliant on our phones and most importantly or internet connection.
